The previous Leader of the US has hailed the "darling" 'Extraordinary Chunks of Fire' hitmaker, who passed on from normal causes matured 87 on Friday (28.10.22), "a genuine heap of ability".

In an explanation posted by his office, he stated: "Jerry Lee Lewis was dearest by everybody, a genuine heap of ability, energy, and all the other things important to be a star. He just died.

Our warmest regards to his wife, Judith, and family. He will be missed!"

Zach Farnum, a rep for the famous star, said: "Judith, his seventh spouse, was close by when he died at his home in Desoto Region, Mississippi, south of Memphis.

"He told her, in his last days, that he invited the great beyond, and that he was not apprehensive."

The disputable star rose to notoriety during the 50s, and his prominence assisted with laying out rock and roll as the prevailing melodic sort in the US during the ten years.

Lewis delivered his presentation collection - which included the hit single 'Secondary School Secret' - in 1958.
